Aciérie d’Haïti (ADH)
One of Haiti’s largest industrial ventures and among the country’s most recognized commercial brands. Established in 1972, the company operates from a 100-acre industrial complex and has spent more than five decades supplying materials that support Haiti’s homes, businesses, infrastructure, and economic development.
A Leader in Construction Materials
Today, ADH is one of the country’s leading suppliers of steel and lumber products, serving customers nationwide. Its steel portfolio includes ASTM-standard reinforcing bars, cold-formed welded carbon steel tubes, wire mesh, beams, channels, sheets, angles, flats, and other construction materials. The company is the largest distributor of steel products in Haiti and one of the largest in the Caribbean region.
Since launching its lumber division in 1999, ADH has developed the country’s largest lumber yard and maintains one of the broadest inventories of wood products available in Haiti. Its portfolio includes treated, rough, and dressed pine lumber, plywood, medium-density fiber boards, hardboard, pine doors, and specialty wood products for a wide range of residential, commercial, and industrial applications.
Built on Resilience, Driven by Service
Following the devastating 2010 earthquake, ADH undertook a major reconstruction effort after its facilities sustained significant damage. The result was a stronger, fully modernized steel production and distribution center designed to meet evolving customer needs and support future growth.
Supported by a sophisticated national and international logistics network, ADH efficiently sources, receives, transforms, and distributes products throughout Haiti. Guided by a culture of performance, accountability, and professional integrity, the company remains committed to delivering reliable service and long-term value to customers nationwide.
As part of BGO’s Construction Materials platform, ADH continues to play a vital role in Haiti’s development. Through its leadership in steel, lumber, and industrial distribution, the company remains committed to providing the materials and expertise that help build a stronger future for Haiti.
